If for any reason your are not happy with your Prickly Thistle product you may return your product with proof of purchase within 28 days of the date of invoice. Please contact shop@pricklythistlescotland.com to request a returns authorisation number and returns form, referencing your original order number and your reason for your return.
Should you wish to exchange your product for another we can allow 28 days from the date of invoice for your original product. Please contact shop@pricklythistlescotland.com to request an exchange authorisation number and exchange form, referencing your original order number and your exchange request.
If you wish to cancel your purchase you can do so by notifying Prickly Thistle within 2 days of your order being placed. A full refund will be made via your original payment method. Please email shop@pricklythistlescotland.com with your cancellation request.
To ensure a full refund or exchange can be processed we ask that all returned products must be in new, unused, unworn condition with product tags still attached and in the original branded packaging. Unfortunately if you fail to take reasonable care of the products we reserve the right not to accept your return.

When products are being returned due to being faulty or damaged, Prickly Thistle will issue you with a returns label and cover these costs.
Where products are being returned or exchanged for any other reason you will be responsible for covering these costs. All refunds and exchanges will be processed as soon as the returned items reach our mill. We advise that recorded delivery services are used to ensure that the item does not go missing. Unfortunately if this happens we will not be able to issue the refund or exchange.
