1. Group Bookings
Bringing a group? Lovely! Just tell us how many people are coming along, and we’ll happily get things organised to make your experience memorable
2. Experience Deposits
To make your booking official, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit. It keeps everything secure on both sides. We’ll send an invoice, and if you can settle it within five working days, we’ll be ready to roll.
3. Notice
Need to book something soon? We’ll do our best to make it happen—though we can’t promise miracles every time. Ideally, we like at least 14 days’ notice so we can line up our fabulous team and make things wonderful.
4. Custom Requests
Got a special idea or something a bit different in mind? Please do ask. We love a challenge and adore creating experiences that feel thoughtful, surprising and memorable—something your guests will talk about long after the day is done.

We can host experiences at our store, our mill, The Highland Hotel (city centre based venue) or we can come to you!
