Thanks for the maxi kilt how-to video! I’ve decided to wear one for my son’s wedding and this was super helpful in showing the many fun and elegant ways to wear it. When my eldest daughter got married, I bought a beautiful mother-of-the-bride gown… hundreds of dollars for a semi-formal gown I only wore once (and probably need to gift to my local high school drama department or charity at this point)… I’m excited at the idea of having this to wear for my son’s wedding, and also for many years beyond!

My husband just surprised me with a midi kilt for my 50th birthday and I love it. Wasn’t sure what to do with the pin or how to wear it so thanks for the video tutorial! Looking forward to seeing how to wear it as a cape and top! Wearing it proudly today at our cottage in Haliburton Highlands in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 ❤️

I was captivated by the video on ways to wear the maxi. Just loved it. Until now, I had become a bit tired of the asymmetrical look. It’s been around for a couple of years, so, yawn, what’s next? But I loved Clare’s various ways of styling the maxi, especially the fish tail. I want to be able to hike and climb in a kilt. Perhaps someday I will buy one to try out (in the National Trust Limited Edition fabric). You all are wonderful. With appreciation from an American cousin.
