Our give a sh#t woven wool jumper has been designed in such a way to give you as much tailoring choice as possible at the point of order.  You can choose from 2 arm styles, 4 neck styles, 3 body lengths and we tailor make the width to your shape.  We do all of that and no fabric gets wasted at the same time, how amazingly sustainable is that!

Available in the four iconic Element colours and available in all three of our unique fabric qualities which have woven by us in our mill in Scotland.  We give you more, with access to the full range of options direct from our planet and people first design archives.  These are our bad-ass books of how to always wear your values and look amazing!  See full details below.

What It's Made Of

  • Made with 100% finest natural merino wool
  • Spun and dyed in Scotland
  • Woven into tartan fabrics by us at our Highland mill
  • All labels made from hand cut and laser etched Scottish leather

Who It's Made By

  • Made by bad-ass womxn and men of the Scottish Highlands
  • Proudly preserving century old textile skills and machinery
  • Also proudly disrupting the world of future clothing, we have seen the past and it works!

• Size – Made to Measure, please specify your preferred jumper length, your maximum bust size and note down the widest hip circumference. These sizes are so that we can make you the best fitting jumper you have ever owned. Your jumper will be made to order, then despatched within 2 weeks of the fabric being woven during the 4 X A Year batch period.

• Length – you can select from our three jumper lengths. The length in inches listed is from the top of the jumper to the bottom of the hem. We have a crop at 18”, a waist at 23” and a hipster length of 28”

• Max Bust & Widest Hips – we ask this to make sure that if you go for the waist or hipster length we want to make sure the jumper fits comfortably. As this jumper is made from wool there is a little give but we would not want it to be too tight. So where your hips are larger than your bust then we would use your hip size to guide us for the overall tee width.

• Neck Style & Opening – you can select from any of our neck heights in the drop down, all of which have a maximum of 24” head circumference opening

• Sleeve Sizes & Length – with our jumper you can either go for the skinny style arm which is 19” in length from the arm top to cuff. It has a tapered fit and this is where we need your bicep size in inches to make sure we have one that gives you the look you are looking for. Or you can select the batwing style arm which is 17.5” from the arm top to the cuff

• Item Finishing – Hemmed sleeves and jumper bottom, with branded real leather label specifying the makers batch.

• Fabric Design - The Elements of Endurance Tartan, designed by us!

• Weave Design - repeated throughout the fabric is the alchemy element symbols, earth, air, water and fire, represented in triangle form.

• Fabric Repeat – all fabric has been cut by hand from the cloth roll woven at our mill, therefore aspects of the repeat will be unique to each item, which is pretty cool as it makes them all unique!

• Colour Options - Earth (brown), Air (grey), Water (blue) and Fire (red), each element tartan features four colours from the colour family it represents.

• Fabric Weight Options - Medium (compact and cosy), Heavy (dense and structured), Light (open and delicate)

Here we proudly share with you our less than x 1 mark-up that we apply, and how this garment has been costed.

Most brands in the 'fashion' world add multipliers of x 2 for wholesale then add another x 2 for retail. When you buy direct from us its a less than x 1, we use the profits from everything we create to support more fairly paid jobs and push the textile world to be more eco-conscious. But we do a lot more like donating to charities and education bodies. This is what we proudly call our ethical pay it forward mark up.

The cost breakdown example for the Jumper in a crop length is as follows;
Fabric Cost £60.83
Labour To Make £42.00
QC, Labelling & Packing £8.00
Overheads (incl insurance, premise costs etc) £22.17
Total Cost To Company £133.00
Ethical Pay It Forward Mark Up x 0.43 £57.00

Time to Make : 2hrs
Cut 0.25hrs
Overlock 0.50hrs
Assemble 1hr
Trim & Press 0.25hrs

NB – the variation between lengths has an additional charge to cover the additional fabric cost.

For Cost Per Wear (CPW) we just wanted to share how buying less, paying ethical prices, loving and wearing more is actually really affordable, it’s all about the number of wears!

You wear the item 3 times a week for the next 3 years, that is 468 wears. The CPW is £190 divided by 468 wears, Cost Per Wear 41p!

While the quality and craftsmanship are superb, I feel that this looks like a sack when I'm wearing it. Maybe that's due to my own flat-chestedness and not a design flaw, but it definitely prevents me from wearing it often.
