What a wonderful celebration!

Although we live just 40 odd miles away it has taken us months to get to Inverness and to THE shop. I felt like a kid in a sweetie shop there was so much gorgeous material and clothing. I came away with a fabulous jacket which I spied as we walked into the shop. I'm hoping an oddment of slinky soft turquoise and blue can be found for even a patch pocket. There was one last top in those colours but it was for a slim and delicately tiny person. I will wear my best ever present with such joy and think of the two lovely helpful ladies in the shop and the lady so thrilled with her Climate tartan top. Now for a trip to the Mill….

I bought this top as a treat to wear at our Burns Supper with my Prickly Thistle Kilt (that I wear often and love). I am a huge fan of Prickly Thistle for so many reasons-the quality, sustainability, talent and most of all the clothes are all gorgeous. Proud to wear!

The sample I received very speedily was beautiful fabric and lovely colours.
I asked the company for an explanation of the stripes, and had a fairly quick reply with this. Thank you for that. It would however have been even better if there was a note about how the fabric came about, in with the original package, because it is very interesting and should really be included together, and good enough to frame with it. But now I have both to put this together myself, which I can do, even if the email isn't pretty, I can stick it onto the back of the frame where it won't be seen. It would be nice to somehow make it elegant enough to be at the front of the frame. I did like that my sample came with a certificate on behalf of the Keeper of the Scottish Register of Tartans tho.

Loved my climate change jumper tee. I work in communications in the environment sector. What a great way to communicate the climate crisis we need to address! Also love the heritage and quality of the piece and the beautiful colouring, regardless of it's stark message. Can't wait to explore more of Prickly Thistle's innovative clothing

My beautiful coat arrived in NZ, even though it’s mid summer, I still have worn it on cooler evenings (it is NZ!). Clare was amazing and talked me through the process of my bespoke order, she was amazing! The coat is beautiful, unique and fantastic quality. So looking forward to colder days (it is NZ, so plenty of them) to throw it on. Can’t recommend this company more highly.

Bought a limited edition 'Black Elements' scarf, the fabric is so beautiful and soft in dark grey and black weave, only had it a few weeks but I love wearing it and feeling like a 'Badass' when I do. Thanks so much.

I love two Climate Stripes A4 frameable pieces, as I wanted to use one as a gift. I do think an A3 size would look even more fabulous .....!
