For ALL zones, shipping is FREE when your total spend is over £250.00
If your order is less than £250.00, the below shipping costs and options apply. Please note we have opted for fully tracked and signed for services as we know how precious your order is to you. It does make it a little more expensive, but you are guaranteed it will never go wandering:

When ordering stoneware bowls and plates with a total order spend of under £250.00 the following shipping charges apply, this is due to the weight of the items, we hope you understand:

EU - BREXIT UPDATE - Our product prices have remained unchanged for all orders to be delivered to the EU we are proud to say there will be no customs duties or charges, what you pay on our shop is the total cost. Under the Rules of Origin Trade Agreement, no duties are applied to those businesses in the UK who make their products in country. Our international courier DHL have introduced a new processing fee sadly, therefore our rates with them have increased by £6.50 per order to cover this costs. With regards to Royal Mail services these have been temporarily removed while we investigate a route to ensure no charges for VAT are applied by the receiving EU countries national mail providers. We are so sorry this alternative shipping route is no longer available right now.
SHIPPING TIME & COMPANIES
We will aim to get your order shipped within 5 working days for all items in stock at the time of order. For our made to measure items, such as kilts and ladies fashion skirts, we will aim to have your order shipped within 10 working days of receiving your measurements.
The Elements of Endurance Collection has many items that feature a made to order element. Therefore, for items listed in stock this could take up to 10 working days for us to fulfil. Our labels for this collection are all hand stamped into waste leather produced by a Scottish tannery, and all pillow protectors are made to order. We strive to ensure we minimise our impact on the environment by not creating surplus stock. We also love to ensure your product is as unique as you!
We will either use first class tracked delivery services with Royal Mail who will work with the national postal service in your country to deliver the last few miles. Or we will use our preferred courier DHL for larger items using their express services.
When your order has been shipped, the email and/or contact telephone number you provided for contact details will be shared with the shipping provider. This will allow you to track your order right up to the moment you receive your Prickly Thistle package!
IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
All prices charged at the point of order will cover the cost of your product(s) and shipping only. Country specific import taxes and duties are then payable by you the customer, these will depend on current regulations at the time of import and should you have any queries around this please do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to assist you with calculating what the charges may be.
