Samurai - Full Pocket Kilt

This is our first kilt with side seam pockets which we cannot keep our hands out of!  But more than that this kilt has the most incredible size range, fitting a waist size of 28" all the way to 52".  Wholly inspired by the past, when we made amazing garments with no fabric waste and maximum use, self pleating was not only fun to customise your look but it was rebelliously practical - and this is the new cool!  Simply when worn with a good chunky belt (up to 40mm wide) you can play with the excess fabric in between each of the 4 oversized belt loops, every wear can have a slightly different look!

Available in the four iconic Element colours and available in the dense tailoring fabric quality which has woven by us in our mill in Scotland.  Also with this design we have flipped some of the fabric panels on the kilt, so you get this cool contrast and change of direction on the tartan features, zoom and you will see!

• Size – We can tailor this to a maximum waistband size, but we have with this one cracked the ultimate one size really does fit all!
Our genius design ensures that this kilt can fit a waist from x inches to y inches - how amazing is that! All you do is play with the excess fabric and place pleats exactly where you would like them. Your samurai kilt will be made to order, then despatched within 2 weeks of the fabric being woven during the 4 X A Year batch period.

• Length – this is without doubt our NEW fullest kilt, both in length and swish. Because yes we love the drama! From the top of the waistband it has a drop between 40-44”. The style has a funky curved hem line, with a 40" length at the centre front and back, flowing down to a 44" length on the side seams.

• Waistband – this amazing design has a waistband range of 28" to 52"!!! Crazy right.... all you need to do is create your own pleats depending on how much of the waistband is rushed when you buckle up! Simply fold the excess fabric in between each of the belt loop spaces and you will have added your own designer detail. This is what we did with the great kilt of the past in the Highlands, folded pleats in fabric so the garment could be worn by many over many many years/

• Item Finishing – Comes with branded real leather label specifying the makers batch.

• Fabric Design - The Elements of Endurance Tartan, designed by us!

• Weave Design - repeated throughout the fabric is the alchemy element symbols, earth, air, water and fire, represented in triangle form.

• Fabric Repeat – all fabric has been cut by hand from the cloth roll woven at our mill, therefore aspects of the repeat will be unique to each item, which is pretty cool as it makes them all unique!
